Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce development, customizations, and DevOps processes using Copado.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and maintain custom components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
- Configure and extend Salesforce functionality using flows, workflows, process builders, approval processes, and validation rules.
- Work on complex CPQ configurations, pricing rules, product bundling, quote generation, and renewals.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
- Use Copado for version control, automated deployments, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently and document solutions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, BAs, QA engineers, and project stakeholders in agile teams.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and recommend system improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.




- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & CPQ implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Strong coding skills in Apex, LWC, Aura, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with integration patterns, API development, and external system integration.
- Solid knowledge of data modeling, security architecture, and performance tuning.
- Proficient with Git-based version control systems and deployment automation.
- Any Salesforce certifications are a plus.

· Must have: Excellent English communication.

· Mode of Interview: Face-to-face preferred, Virtual optional.

· Round of interviews: We will be screening each submitted profile on call, if it seems fit I'll schedule the individual for a F2F/virtual interview, then last HR round.

· Position: Permanent.

· Total Experience range: 4 to 6 years.

· Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days or less.

· Budget: up to 11.00 LPA to 14.00 LPA. (Depends on the basis of Experience & Interview Performance)
