Qualification & Experience

- B.Sc. (Agri) / M.Sc. (Agri) / MBA
- 10–12 years of experience in Sales / Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare annual sales budget and execute monthly sales plans
- Train and guide sales staff
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain direct customer contact
- Retain existing customers and develop new business opportunities




- Conduct market surveys and implement innovative marketing campaigns
- Resolve customer issues and monitor credit recovery
- Generate marketing reports for management review
- Build robust relationships with farmers, dealers and distributors
- Lead and monitor sales team performance in assigned territories
- Achieve sales volume, revenue and profitability targets
- Plan and implement advertising and promotional schemes
