Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with incoming leads.
Understand clients' health goals and recommend suitable programs.
Build trust through clear and empathetic communication.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture prospective clients.
Update lead status and client interactions in the CRM.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or customer counseling.
Basic knowledge of health, nutrition, fitness, or wellness.
Ability to understand clients' needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or fitness industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
