- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, Pearl Academy, JD Institute, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and fashion trends.

Job Summary

Sai Creations is looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to develop innovative apparel collections for domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment manufacturing, trend forecasting, fabric selection, print development, and coordination with merchandising and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Research global fashion trends, colors, silhouettes, and market demands.
- Create seasonal collections and mood boards.
- Develop original garment designs and technical sketches using Adobe Illustrator/CorelDRAW.
- Prepare detailed tech packs and product specifications.
- Select fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments.
- Coordinate with the merchandising and sampling teams for sample development.
- Review and approve fit samples, proto samples, and pre-production samples.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are production-friendly.
- Ensure timely completion of design projects.
- Maintain design documentation and product development records.




- Coordinate with buyers to understand their design requirements.
- Suggest innovative product ideas and value additions for new collections.

Required Skills

- Excellent creative and visualization skills.
- Strong knowledge of woven and knitted garments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and garment fitting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of export buyer requirements will be an added advantage.
