We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage customer interactions for our SaaS products. The candidate will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, support, and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer communication and maintain robust client relationships.
Understand and analyze customer requirements effectively.
Coordinate with product, support, and technical teams for issue resolution.
Manage support tickets and ensure timely responses.
Monitor delivery workflows and ensure smooth execution.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through proper follow-ups and support.
Maintain records of client interactions and project updates.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of SaaS products and customer support.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace preferred.
