Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead with solid expertise in AngularJS, TypeScript, ReactJS, and modern web application development. The ideal candidate will lead frontend architecture, mentor development teams, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications.
- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Develop responsive and reusable UI components using ReactJS and AngularJS.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
- Mentor and guide development teams on technical design and implementation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Drive CI/CD adoption and frontend performance optimization initiatives.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Technologies

- Strong experience in AngularJS (1.x) and migration strategies to modern frameworks.




- Expert-level knowledge of ReactJS, React Hooks, Context API, Redux, and component lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Responsive Design.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Microservices integration.
- Knowledge of Webpack, Babel, npm, and modern build tools.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

UI/UX Development

- Responsive Web Design
- Cross-browser compatibility
- Accessibility (WCAG Standards)
- Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS

Testing & Quality

- Jest
- React Testing Library
- Jasmine/Karma
- Cypress or Selenium

DevOps & Tools

- Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
- Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Docker (preferred)
- SonarQube

Leadership Responsibilities

- Lead a team of frontend developers and technical consultants.
- Provide technical direction and architectural guidance.
- Conduct technical interviews and onboarding activities.
- Review solution designs and ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams.
- Manage technical risks and dependencies.
