About Int + Space

IntSpace is a fast-growing commercial interior design and build company specializing in office, retail, restaurant, and workspace interiors. We are looking for an enthusiastic Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Job Responsibilities

- Meet clients, understand project requirements, and provide design solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models, realistic renders, and walkthroughs using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software.
- Develop concept layouts, mood boards, material selections, and presentation decks.
- Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project.
- Handle complete site execution, including quality checks, measurements, and progress monitoring.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is executed as per drawings.
- Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the business development team by participating in client presentations and helping convert design proposals into projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time,



within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, 3ds Max, or equivalent software.
- Experience in commercial interior design and execution.
- Knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, false ceiling, electrical, HVAC, and civil work.
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong site management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 2–6 years of experience in commercial interiors.
- Experience handling projects from design through execution.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
