Job Summary

Interiors By Ashwiinii Dongare is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle company-generated leads, understand client requirements, coordinate with the design team, and convert inquiries into confirmed interior design projects. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and website inquiries.
- Follow up with company-provided leads and convert them into client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and explain our interior design services.
- Schedule meetings between clients and the design team.
- Prepare quotations and assist in proposal discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until project confirmation.
- Update customer details and follow-up status in Excel or CRM.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with designers and project teams throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or Customer Service.
- Experience in the interior design, architecture, construction, real estate, furniture, or home décor industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
