### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Senior Sales Designer / Design Manager** to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design along with excellent client-facing and sales acumen. This role requires a perfect blend of design expertise, client relationship management, and the ability to convert design consultations into successful business closures.

### Key Responsibilities

- Meet and consult with clients to understand their interior design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material selections to clients in a compelling manner.
- Drive the sales process from initial client interaction to final project closure.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and design presentations.
- Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure client requirements are translated into actionable project plans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and market practices.




- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for material selection and project execution timelines.
- Handle client objections and negotiations professionally to close deals effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, if required, in a design manager capacity.

### Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, and materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in interior design sales or client servicing.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong business acumen with a sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Team management and mentoring skills (for Design Manager role).
- Client-first approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

### Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor of Interior Architecture (or equivalent).
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in interior design sales, client servicing, or design management.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the interior design/furniture/real estate industry preferred.
