A Branch Development Officer is responsible for driving business growth , enhancing customer relationships & ensuring customer excellence within the branch. The role focuses on achieving sales targets across key banking products while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire New Customers and promote baking products such as CASA ( Current & Savings Accounts )
- Term Deposits ( FD)
- Gold Loan
- Life insurance , Health Insurance , General Insurance
- Retail Assets (Mortgage Loan , Business Loan, Auto Loan)
- Conduct Field Visits & Marketing Activities
Objective of the Role :
To contribute to the branch's growth by increasing customer base , maximizing product penetration & aligned with the bank's Vision & Values.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
