- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software
- Handle accounts payable and receivable prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings prepare financial statements
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on payment-related matters
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management
