Senior Documentation Executive (US Process)

Location: Surat (In-Office)
Shift: US-Aligned Shift
Working: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Documentation Executive to review and verify income and asset documents for US residents. The role involves ensuring document accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining high-quality standards in a process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Review income and asset documents (Pay Stubs, Tax Returns, W-2s, Bank Statements, etc.).
- Verify documents against checklists and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain audit records and update verification status.
- Coordinate with US teams to resolve documentation queries.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.





Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech / MBA / B.Sc (Mathematics or Statistics)
- Experience: 1–3 years in documentation, banking, insurance, BPO, loan processing, visa processing, or back-office operations.

Skills

- Strong attention to detail
- Valuable English reading comprehension
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Accuracy and analytical skills
