We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, ensure seamless order processing, coordinate dispatch activities, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate with the sales team for order management and execution
✅ Maintain accurate sales order and dispatch records
✅ Arrange transportation and coordinate timely deliveries
✅ Monitor finished goods inventory and coordinate stock availability with production teams
✅ Process customer orders and proactively communicate delays or delivery updates
✅ Provide after-sales support and address customer queries and concerns
✅ Support sales teams with documentation, reports, and promotional activities
✅ Prepare and maintain sales MIS, month-end reports, and order tracking records
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
