Responsibilities

1. Handle core sales calls, both inbound and outbound, to potential learners.

2. Work on both cold and warm leads and convert them into admissions.

3. Pitch and sell courses to potential learners, using persuasive and engaging communication skills.

4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

Required Skills

1. Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

2. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

4. Ability to provide personalized guidance to students, based on their unique educational and career aspirations.

Qualifications

1. Any Graduate

2. Passionate towards sales with good communication.

3. 2 to 6 years of experience in the same role will be an added advantage.
