Odoo ERP — Manufacturing Module (Primary Responsibility)

- Implement, configure, and support Odoo Manufacturing Module

- Bill of Materials (BoM) setup and management

- Work Centers and Routing configuration

- Manufacturing Orders (MO) creation and tracking

- Work Order management and scheduling

- Production planning and capacity management

- Quality control integration within manufacturing

- Scrap and byproduct management

- Manufacturing reporting and analytics

- Provide end-user training and support for Odoo Manufacturing module

- Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo ERP issues across all modules

- Coordinate with Odoo vendor/partner for customizations and upgrades

- Manage Odoo user roles, access rights, and security settings

- Support other Odoo modules: Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Accounting, HR

Hardware Management

- Install, configure, and maintain all IT hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, POS terminals, barcode scanners, and networking equipment

- Perform preventive maintenance and timely repair of hardware assets

- Maintain IT asset inventory and track hardware lifecycle

- Coordinate with hardware vendors for procurement, warranty, and AMC services

Software Management

- Install, configure, and support business software applications across departments

- Manage software licenses,



renewals, and compliance

- Handle user account management, access control, and permissions

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all software issues

Network & Infrastructure

- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity

- Configure and manage firewalls, switches, and routers

- Ensure network uptime and performance across all locations

Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and manage IT hardware and software vendors

- Negotiate service contracts, AMC agreements, and SLAs

- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery, support, and issue resolution

- Maintain robust vendor relationships for best pricing and service quality

IT Operations

- Provide day-to-day IT support to end users (helpdesk)

- Manage IT ticketing and ensure timely resolution of issues

- Implement IT policies, security protocols, and best practices

- Coordinate IT requirements across departments and branches

- Prepare IT reports and documentation for management

Pay: ₹17,243.91 - ₹35,000.00 per month
