- Financial Tracking: Maintain daily site accounts, recording transactions in Excel.
- Petty Cash & Payroll: Manage site petty cash, process labour/contractor payments, and maintain accurate salary records.
- Cost Management: Monitor project expenses to prevent budget overruns and reconcile site accounts with the head office.
- Procurement & Inventory: Review vendor invoices, purchase orders (POs), and maintain records of material receipts and inventory levels.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
