We are looking for an energetic and experienced Trainer to lead our product knowledge and interpersonal skills training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training modules that equip our team members with deep product understanding and essential soft skills (communication, customer handling, teamwork, and emotional intelligence) to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Training

- Module Design & Delivery: Conduct comprehensive training sessions on product features, benefits, technical specifications, and use cases for new hires and existing staff.
- Content Creation: Develop and maintain up-to-date training collateral, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and interactive learning materials.
- Updates & Refreshes: Stay informed about product updates, new releases, or features, and roll out timely refresher modules to the team.
- Assessment & Knowledge Checks: Create evaluations, quizzes, and practical assessments to measure product knowledge retention.

2. Interpersonal & Soft Skills Training

- Communication & Negotiation:



Train employees on effective verbal/non-verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and handling customer objections.
- Professional Grooming & Etiquette: Conduct sessions on qualified conduct, email/call etiquette, and corporate representation.
- Conflict & Stress Management: Teach strategies for resolving conflicts, handling difficult client/customer interactions, and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Foster an environment of collaboration, empathy, and constructive feedback across cross-functional teams.

3. Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, performance metrics, and post-training assessments.
- Identify performance gaps and collaborate with team managers to design targeted intervention programs.
- Maintain records of training schedules, attendance, and progress reports.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹39,672.91 per month
