Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the daily operations and administration of the hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all residents.
- Enforce hostel rules, regulations, and disciplinary policies.
- Manage resident admissions, room allotments, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Maintain occupancy records, attendance registers, and other hostel documentation.
- Address resident grievances and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and catering teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire safety regulations.
- Organize resident meetings and promote a positive living workplace.
- Prepare periodic reports on hostel operations and occupancy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
