Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's complete accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, and Bank Reconciliation.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.

Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CA), auditors, banks, and government authorities for financial and compliance matters.

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow statements, and financial analysis reports.

Handle finalization of accounts and support internal and external audits.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.

Monitor company expenses, vendor payments, and receivable collections.

Develop and implement financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures.

Support management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Occasionally travel to project/site locations for financial verification, audits, documentation, stock verification, and coordination with site teams whenever required.

Required Qualifications





Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.

CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

Experience

3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.

Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory regulations.

Experience in handling audits, taxation, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Tally Prime or other accounting software.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines.

Willingness to travel to project/site locations whenever business requirements arise.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
