The Role

You don't wait for leads to arrive — you go find them. As FlytBase's Outbound BDR, you'll identify and pursue named enterprise accounts across energy, mining, and critical infrastructure sectors. This isn't about dialing through a list someone handed you. You'll build systems to find the right companies, identify the right people within them, and reach out in ways that actually break through. You'll run outbound campaigns using AI orchestration, MarTech tools, and a hacker's mindset. Think: opening Google Maps to find mining operations by site footprint, pulling the company into Hermes/Claude/Clay, identifying the right stakeholders, and sending a message that resonates — all at scale, but feeling personal. We'll train you on the tools and workflows. What you bring is curiosity, hustle, and the instinct to figure things out. This is a hunter-in-training role for someone who wants to learn how modern outbound really works.

What You'll Own

• Building target account lists across energy, mining, and critical infrastructure — finding companies others miss • Running AI-powered research workflows to map org charts, identify decision-makers, and understand business context • Crafting and launching outbound campaigns that combine automation with genuine personalization • Testing messaging angles, subject lines, and outreach sequences — treating every campaign like an experiment • Managing the full outbound stack: Clay, Apollo, Smartlead,



LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and whatever new tools we adopt • Booking qualified meetings with VP+ executives at Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing industrial operators • Building playbooks and systems that make outbound repeatable and scalable • Collaborating with AEs to refine ICPs and messaging based on what actually converts

Who You'll Work With

You'll report to the Head of Sales and work closely with our Enterprise AEs who are closing deals with Fortune 500 companies. You'll also collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and refine messaging based on what's working in the field.
