Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: HRBR, HSR, Varthur, Sarjapur

Working days: 5 days (Tuesday and Sunday are week-offs)

Work Timings: 9AM-6PM

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for generating enquiries and converting prospective enquiries into admissions. The primary objective of the role is to support the school in achieving its admission targets through effective counselling, relationship management, marketing initiatives, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Admission Counselling and Conversion

- Meet and interact with prospective parents.
- Address and resolve parent queries related to the centre, programs, admissions, and other services.
- Provide accurate information and guide parents through the admission process.
- Convert prospective enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and manage all admission-related data and reports through Salesforce CRM.
- Ensure that enquiry details, follow-ups, and admission status are updated accurately and on time.
- Prepare and share regular admission reports as required.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate new enquiries and admissions.
- Coordinate with regional teams to plan and execute admission-generation activities.
- Support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns,



promotional activities, and events.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for marketing initiatives and publicity.
- Achieve assigned admission targets on a monthly basis.
- Monitor admission progress and take proactive steps to improve conversions.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve overall admission goals.
- Collect and maintain accurate data for all prospective enquiries.
- Organize and categorize enquiry data based on relevant age groups.
- Ensure that all admission-related information is updated and maintained systematically.

Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Psychology, Education, Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
- 4–7 years of experience in admission counselling, sales, customer relationship management, or a related role.
- Experience in a preschool, school, educational institution, or activity centre is preferred.
- Understanding of the education industry will be an added advantage.
