Job Title: Service Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities.
- Schedule preventive and breakdown maintenance visits for service engineers.
- Maintain AMC records, service reports, and contract details.
- Act as a point of contact between customers and service team.
- Ensure timely closure of service requests and customer complaints.
- Follow up with clients for AMC renewals and payments.
- Prepare service MIS reports and track performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal departments for spare parts and support.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high service satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in service coordination
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of service scheduling and CRM tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Basic technical understanding of machines/equipment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
