Job Description:

Profile: Design Engineer

Plant Location: SURVEY NO-15/A, SINGANNAGUNDA VILLAGE, MULUGU MANDAL, Siddipet, Telangana, 502103

Working Days – 6 days

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D/3D design and fabrication drawings for AHUs, ductwork, and HVAC components.

- Develop GA (General Arrangement) drawings, section views, detailed parts, and assembly drawings of air handling systems.

- Collaborate with mechanical engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with technical specifications.

- Modify existing designs to meet customer-specific requirements or project changes.

- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, ASHRAE guidelines, and company protocols.





- Maintain and organize all CAD files and documentation in a structured manner.

- Coordinate with production teams to ensure manufacturability of designs.

- Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, or commissioning stages.

- Work with BOM (Bill of Materials) and ERP systems for part number generation and material tracking.

Key Skills/Abilities

- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D preferred).

- Familiarity with SolidWorks, Revit MEP, or Inventor is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC system components, especially AHUs (coils, fans, dampers, filters, etc.).

- Understanding of sheet metal fabrication and material selection.

- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
