Job Summary

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across google ads, meta-ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including roas, cpa, cpl, ctr, conversion rate, and cac.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research to maximize campaign performance
- Perform a/b testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the content, design, seo, social media, and sales teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Track campaign performance using google analytics (ga4), google tag manager (gtm), meta business suite, and other analytics tools.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Support website performance initiatives and work with development teams for tracking implementation and conversion optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, digital marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce, d2c, or digital agency.

Strong Knowledge Of

- Google ads
- Meta-ads manager
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google analytics (ga4)
- Google tag manager (GTM)
- Google search console
- Experience with shopify or other e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, utm parameters, and attribution models
- Basic knowledge of seo and content marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google ads and meta blueprint certifications are a plus
- Experience with marketing automation or crm tools is an added advantage
- Knowledge of excel, looker studio, or other reporting and visualization tools.
