Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our client base, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the growth of our consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and present our services.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Performance Based
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful hiring delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and business opportunities.Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or B2B Services. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
