Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPA and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend effectively.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Work closely with design, content, and web development teams to improve conversion rates.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Landing Page Optimization, Email Marketing, CRM Integration, Marketing Automation, Lead Funnel Management.
Tools: Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, Excel, Canva, ChatGPT/AI Tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics.
Experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads Certification.
Meta Certification.
Experience in B2B lead generation.
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.

Pay: ₹30,989.55 - ₹72,314.76 per month
