- Graduate with minimum 2 to 3 years experience in High Rise Platinum Buildings / Construction Projects.

Job Description:

- Maintain an up to date database of customers through Sales logging, through the business current call reporting system.
- Keep a structured record of projects being worked on at all stages, including orders placed
- Be able to communicate and work with all divisions within the company.
- Prepare a monthly report highlighting key activities, success and market trends outlining on-going goals.
- Preparing project wise sales report every week to improve efficiency in completing the targets.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to define marketing area.
- Meeting Targets.
- A Good communicator at all levels.
- Approaching and convincing clients.
- Understanding the client requirements & providing them all the necessary details of the project.
- Participating in property exhibitions & generating enquires from the database.
