- Responsibilities and Duties
- Loves to do a challenging work and aggressive on achieving target;
- Be familiar with franchise policy and processes, reply to franchise inquiries and meet potential clients
- Follow up with potential clients and facilitate to finalize a store
- Handle documents of LOI, franchise agreements and others related to franchise.
- Develop current clients with multiple channels
- Maintain regular contact and smooth relation with clients; maintain tracking sheet and profiles for all stores and investors




- Make regular survey on market dynamic conditions and regular analysis on operational stores
- Assist HOD; maintain department tracking sheet; coordinate with other departments
- Complete projects including but not limited to convert other brands into MINISO, contact with consultants to find potential investors, convince investors to buy company owned stores etc.
- Work as a BD to Learn and evaluate stores potential; make evaluation report;
