- Role: HR Executive
- Location: Raipur Industrial Area, Bhagwanpur, Roorkee
- Compensation: ₹30,000 CTC per month
- Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in HR Operations (Manufacturing or Plant/Factory background preferred)

Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Lifecycle Management

- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the plant ecosystem.
- Draft and issue official human resource documentation, including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and Confirmation Letters.
- Maintain accurate employee databases, both in physical files and HRIS systems.
- Handle employee exit management, documentation, and coordination for full and final (F&F;) settlements.

2. Payroll & Attendance Administration

- Oversee daily attendance tracking, leave balances, and shift rosters for plant workers and staff.




- Collate and verify monthly attendance inputs to ensure timely and error-free payroll processing.
- Resolve employee queries regarding salaries, deductions, and attendance mismatches.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, festivals, and reward & recognition (R&R;) events to maintain high morale at the site.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Promote a positive, safe, and cooperative work environment aligned with Attero’s core organizational values.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
