Summary:
As a Data Engineer, Design, develop and optimize robust data pipeline and ETL processes for large-scale data sets in Azure. The role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. You will be responsible for implementing processes that enable smooth migration and deployment of data across various systems, collaborating with different teams to support organizational data needs and optimize data workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and resolve data-related challenges, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of data engineering best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align data engineering initiatives with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering, ETL, data pipelines, Python, Azure services, Ansible.
- Nice to have: SQL, databases, data warehouse, DevOps, software development, REX, Real-time processing (Kafka), big data.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Solid knowledge of data storage solutions, including relational and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data processing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Understanding of data quality assurance and monitoring techniques.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
