Job Summary

INA Solar is one of India's leading solar PV module manufacturers, committed to driving innovation and sustainability in the renewable energy sector. We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-user technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems, business applications, and productivity tools.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, password resets, and access permissions.
- Support and troubleshoot Office 365, Microsoft Outlook,



and other enterprise applications.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and documentation.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, antivirus management, and data backups.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and safeguard organizational data.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
- Support IT infrastructure projects, including hardware deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
- Prepare periodic IT reports and maintain helpdesk/service request records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, user access management, and remote desktop support.
- Experience supporting ERP, HRMS, or other enterprise applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of antivirus management, data backup, and endpoint security.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
