Key Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate in-house manufactured Screen Printing, Pad Printing, and Offset Printing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct Print Trials: Execute precise print trial runs on customer samples or test substrates to demonstrate print accuracy, registration, and quality.
- Parameter Adjustment: Adjust machine settings—including squeegee speed, stroke length, pressure, ink viscosity, exposure time, and plate/screen alignments—to achieve optimal print results.
- Client Demonstrations & Testing: Support sales and testing teams by demonstrating machine capabilities to clients during pre-dispatch factory acceptance tests (FAT).
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve print defects (e.g., ghosting, bleeding, misregistration, smudging, or improper curing/drying) during trial runs.
- Maintenance & Cleanliness: Ensure daily upkeep, cleaning, and basic maintenance of test machines, screens, pads, and print tools.
- Documentation: Log trial parameters, ink formulations, substrate types, and results to maintain accurate test records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
