Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial decision-making. This role also supervises junior accounting staff and assists in budgeting, audits, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Supported accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely billing and collections
- Assisted in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciling bank statements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
- Filed monthly, quarterly and annual GST and TDS return for client
- Identify and implement process improvements for accounting operations
- Managed day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and ledger maintenance
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BCom or MCom related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Working Conditions:
- Factory based work workplace.
- Working hours 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
