RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle all international patient inquiries received through website forms, email, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referral partners.
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries with accurate treatment information and guidance.
- Maintain systematic follow-up with prospective patients to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and billing teams to obtain medical opinions, treatment plans, and cost estimates.
- Maintain and update inquiry records, lead status, and communication history within CRM or internal systems.
- Track inquiry sources and generate reports on lead performance, conversions, and response efficiency.
- Identify and recommend new technologies, CRM tools, automation systems, AI-based communication tools, and digital solutions that can improve lead management, patient engagement, and conversion efficiency.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and internal marketing teams for campaign-based lead management.
- Support international campaigns by monitoring inquiry trends and identifying high-performing channels.
- Communicate with international partners and facilitators regarding patient status and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing lead analytics, dashboards, and monthly performance summaries for management review.
- Ensure professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all patient communications.




- Support tele-calling, WhatsApp engagement, and email communication initiatives for international outreach.
- Coordinate internally to reduce delays in inquiry handling and improve patient response experience.
- Escalate urgent or high-priority cases appropriately.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned by the department head.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead coordination, hospital operations, CRM handling, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in healthcare or medical tourism preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up ability.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Professional email drafting and documentation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
