Seyon Engineering provides design and drafting services for Equipment / Structural Design and Detailing in the Water Treatment, Food Processing, Mineral Processing, and Infrastructural Sectors.

Seyon Engineering has been growing and looking for good quality Structural / Mechanical/Architectural Design & Drafting Engineers to become part of our growing team and to deliver Innovative & Quality Engineering Services.

Years of Experience : 2-3 years

Job Location : Thousand lights, Chennai (Work from office)

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems

2. Perform data entry tasks aligned with specific project requirements and timelines

3. Track and report progress on assigned data-related tasks

4. Assist in compiling project documentation and summaries





5.Prepare and format purchase orders based on approved requisitions or project needs

6. Ensure accuracy of vendor details, item descriptions, quantities, and pricing

7.Maintain a log of issued POs and track their status until completion

8. Respond promptly to queries related to data entries or purchase orders

9. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

Additional Skills:

1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

2.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data entry tools

3.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
