- Basic understanding of computer systems and software support techniques.
- Hands-on experience in client support, software issue resolution, and user assistance.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, GPS, GIS software, and project management tools.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively,



and perform well under pressure.
