About the Role

Pinaaka Group is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives for premium residential real estate projects in East Pune. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to drive conversions.

Candidates with good communication skills and interest in real estate sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Connect with leads generated through digital campaigns, portals, and references
- Understand customer requirements and explain project details
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
- Update lead details and follow-up status in CRM
- Coordinate with sales managers for lead closures and client updates
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, sales coordination, or real estate preferred
- Excellent communication and convincing skills




- Comfortable with calling and lead follow-ups
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
