Role & responsibilities

Accounts Payable Management:

- Accurately process and post purchase entries, expenses, purchase bills, and debit vouchers in the accounting software.
- Coordinate on an ongoing basis to match Goods Received Notes (GRN) with purchase bills, ensuring all verification is complete before releasing payments.
- Generate weekly creditor statements and identify monthly overdue bills for the Purchase Manager's approval.
- Prepare and process online payments or issue cheques for creditors, raw materials (RM), and general expenses as per approved schedules.

Banking & Payroll Support:

- Prepare and process full and final settlements and salary payments via cheques or online transfers.
- Handle online payments for sundry utilities and track/book recurring expenses like telephone bills.

Taxation & Statutory Compliances:

- Manage core direct and indirect tax transactions, specifically focusing on GST and TDS.
- Perform routine GSTR-2B reconciliations to ensure accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.
- Maintain and update the monthly TDS register.

MIS, Reports & Reconciliations:

- Maintain and update key financial trackers in MS Excel,



including weekly payable reports and vendor reconciliation statements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Experience: Exactly 4-6 years of core experience in accounts and finance (specifically managing Accounts Payable and Taxation).
- Industry: Manufacturing
- Technical Skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting software (experience with SAP is a major plus, though training will be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining registers and reconciliation reports.
- Sound practical knowledge of GST, GSTR-2B reconciliation, and TDS compliance.
- Location: Candidates residing in or around Navi Mumbai are preferred. ( Work Location will be Koparkhairane MIDC)
- Age Bracket: 22 - 30 years.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹370,000.00 per year
