We are a growing pharmaceutical advertising agency based in Panchkula , specializing in medical communication, brand strategy, digital marketing, and creative solutions for leading pharma and healthcare companies. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharma clients
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, pharma events, and online platforms
- Prepare and present impactful pitch decks and proposals
- Build long-term relationships with brand managers and marketing heads
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharma, or Business; MBA preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in business development or client servicing (preferably in pharma advertising)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of pharmaceutical brand promotion, CME, and healthcare communications
- Self-driven with robust negotiation and follow-up abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
