- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and digital platforms.
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by regularly following up with prospects.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and send business proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM or company databases.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and email marketing campaigns.
- Represent the company professionally and promote its products and services effectively.
