1. Should be polite, presentable and happy face , caring for kids and important problem solving.

2. Should handle well- school, staff, kids, parents . And hire staff n resumes.

3. Good communication Skills - to get get admissions, follow ups , enquiries and to get more admissions

4. Execute well Curriculum with teachers and help in day to day activities.

5. should do proper paper work, records and documents.

6. Should be able work as team, be creative n innovative n able to take suggestions and execute them.

7. Handle school phone , calls , enquiries (morning to evening)





Well balance blend of professional & friendly behaviour. In short handle whole school n school phone.

“Have to handle the branch by yourself “

Timing - 9am to 4:30( mon to Sat)

Important - first 3 months will check your caliber and performance
