About the Role

Futureace Hospital is seeking an experienced and proactive Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement operations and ensure the timely, cost-effective purchase of medical and non-medical supplies. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and knowledge of hospital procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and supervise all purchasing activities.
- Source and evaluate vendors to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and purchase terms with suppliers.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with all hospital departments.
- Ensure procurement complies with hospital policies and quality standards.




- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare purchase reports and maintain procurement documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Robust negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital ERP/procurement software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
