- - Job Description: Minimum 1 years experience working in a direct customer-facing role preferred but not mandatory
- Attention to detail with Demonstrable problem solving skills and a readiness to dive the customer
- Demonstrable writing skills
- Should be open to work in shifts / adaptable timing (No night shift)
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- Candidates from South Kolkata preferred
