Recent Product Development (NPD) Manager

Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.Qualified chartered accountant professional with minimum 2 years of experience

Job requirements

- Drive the development of new cosmetic products in line with client briefs,
market trends, and regulatory standards
- Evaluate raw materials and technologies to recommend innovative solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during product development
phases
- Translate customer briefs into actionable development plans




- Ensure all NPD projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on budget
- Coordinate stability testing, compatibility, claims substantiation, and artwork
approvals
- Monitor industry trends, ingredient innovations, and competitor activity to
propose new ideas
- Attend and meet clients in business events and exhibitions to identify potential
leads to generate source of business
- Provide strategic input to clients and internal teams on market-driven product
development
- Manage product development timelines, coordinating with cross-functional
teams
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and brand owners
