Job Responsibilities

● Design engaging social media content, including static posts, carousels, stories, and

reels.

● Create short-form videos and edit content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other

digital platforms.

● Design high-performing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, website banners, app

promotions, and marketing campaigns.

● Develop visually appealing creatives using Canva for day-to-day marketing

requirements.

● Assist with photo editing, image retouching, and basic motion graphics when required.

● Work closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars, campaigns, and

product launches.

● Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline creatives.

● Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and emerging creative tools.

Skills & Requirements

● Canva proficiency is mandatory, as most day-to-day design work will be created using

Canva.

● Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

is preferred and will be an added advantage.

● Familiarity with AI image generation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly,

Gemini, or similar platforms to assist in creative ideation and content creation.





● Working knowledge of video editing and social media content creation.

● Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.

● Ability to understand creative briefs and execute them efficiently.

● Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

● 6 months - 2 years of experience in graphic design. Freshers with a strong portfolio are

encouraged to apply.
