Program Counsellor (Early Childhood & Parenting)

Job Summary:

We are looking for empathetic, energetic, and goal-oriented Program Counsellors to join theZoodle Kid team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our early childhood programs and parents seeking the best developmental start for their children (0-6 years). You will manage qualified leads, provide expert guidance on our holistic curriculum, and convert inquiries into long-term app subscriptions and program enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

Parent Engagement & Consultative Counselling

1. Connect with parents via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their child’s

developmental stage and parenting challenges.

2. Act as a "Parenting Partner," recommending specific Zoodle Kid modules (nutrition,

play-based learning, or habit building) that align with their child’s age (0–6 years).

3. Ensure professional, warm, and consistent communication that builds high brand

trust.

Enrolment & Growth

1. Present the value of the Zoodle Kid pedagogy, including our focus on holistic

development and screen-free engagement.

2. Confidently handle objections regarding subscription plans, curriculum depth, and

app features.

3. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets to expand the Zoodle Kid

community.

Relationship Management & Onboarding

1. Maintain a structured follow-up rhythm with parents to guide them through the

decision-making process.

2. Assist parents with the app subscription process,



technical onboarding, and

documentation.

3. Ensure a "warm hand-off" from the initial inquiry to the parent’s first successful

session on the app.

CRM & Data Insights

1. Accurately track lead status and parent feedback in our CRM (Lead Squared

experience is a plus).

2. Use data to identify which program features (e.g., the 0–6-month orientation or Indian

art modules) are most appealing to parents.

Market & Pedagogy Knowledge

1. Stay updated on Zoodle Kid’s evolving curriculum and current feature releases (e.g.,

diet/nutrition tools).

2. Keep an eye on the early childhood education (ECE) market and parenting app trends

in India.

Eligibility & Qualifications

1. Education: Any Graduate (Degrees in Psychology, Education, or Child Development

are a bonus).

2. Experience: Freshers with exceptional empathy and communication are welcome.

Experience in EdTech, Preschool admissions, or Tele-sales is highly valued.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Empathetic Sales Pitching: Ability to sell a "solution" to a parent's concern, not just a

product.

2. High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Patience and active listening skills are critical

when speaking with new parents.

3. Closing & Negotiation: Proven ability to convert leads and manage follow-ups

effectively.

4. Communication: Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred, given the Kottayam

location.

5. Target-Driven: A mindset focused on growth while maintaining the integrity of our

educational mission.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
