We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive to join our team and manage billing & commercial documentation for our growing B2B chemical trading operations.
Role Responsibilities:
Domestic Invoicing
GST, E-Invoice & E-Way Bill Compliance
Commercial Documentation & Dispatch Coordination
Customer Billing Reconciliation
MIS Reporting & ERP Data Management (SPECTRUM ERP only)
Candidate Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in billing/commercial operations
Experience in chemical trading, import/export, manufacturing, or wholesale business preferred
Robust knowledge of GST, HSN codes, and export documentation
Excellent Excel skills with attention to detail
Location:Vidyavihar,Ghatkopar,Mumbai
