We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive (B2B, Office-based) to join our growing team .This role is ideal for fresh MBA Marketing graduates who are eager to build their career in corporate sales.The selected candidate will be responsible for generating B2B leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential B2B clients in the building materials, sanitaryware, and construction industry.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and client servicing.
- Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales reports, client feedback, and competitor insights.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Robust interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A positive, target-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn.
