- Handle execution of industrial electrical projects at site.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Manage site manpower, contractors, and daily work progress.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project managers.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Monitor cable laying, panel erection, transformer installation, and electrical equipment works.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Industrial Electrical Projects.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical installation and project execution.
- Ability to handle manpower and site operations independently.
- Experience in HT/LT systems, panels, cable trays, transformers, and industrial shutdown work preferred.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidate must bring along a team of at least 20 to 25 Electrical Workers/Labours for project execution work.
