- Assisting in designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals, Linked In and other social media websites etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.




- Conduct interviews and schedule the interviews with department heads / Team leads or other hiring team members.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Negotiating & Releasing offer to the selected candidates.
- Documentation of the new selections.
